We require a 30% deposit upon reservation. The remaining amount must be paid at least 2 months before arrival. Your reservation is not final until we have received the deposit and the guarantee of 150 euros.
The guarantee will be refunded immediately after your stay, as soon as our domestic help has ensured that you have cleaned up the house properly. Properly means, rubbish removed and thrown in the container in the street, dishes and pans washed and stored in the kitchen and no rubbish on the floor.
You must take care of travel and cancellation insurance yourself.
